Meet a few of the first babies born in 2016 at HCA Healthcare facilities. For the second year in a row, the first baby of the new year in Las Vegas was born at our affiliate MountainView Hospital! There, they welcomed a 6 pound, 5 ounce baby boy at 12:04 a.m. on January 1. Meanwhile, OB/GYN staff at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center in Texas helped deliver a baby girl weighing 8 pounds and 5 ounces at 1:29 a.m. on New Year’s Day.
