Celebrate World Cancer Day

Today is World Cancer Day – a day to celebrate and honor the strength and courage that survivors around the world show every day in their fight against cancer, and to highlight the progress being made to advance treatments for patients. World Cancer Day brings together caregivers, doctors, researchers, family, friends and communities to show the power of working together – as shown in the theme “We Can. I Can.”
Sarah Cannon, the Cancer Institute of HCA Healthcare, put together a video montage of their care teams and colleagues across their global network to encourage patients fighting in their journey and to highlight the teams banding together to support them.
