Earlier today, Dr. Johanna Bendell, Director of GI Cancer Research Program at Sarah Cannon, the Cancer Institute of HCA Healthcare, appeared on CNN with MichaeLA to discuss a recent study showing that the number of cases of colorectal cancer is rising for younger generations. Dr. Bendell sheds light on risk factors being researched that may be influencing the rising incidence rates for younger generations – while rates for older generations are decreasing.
