HCA Healthcare is proud to celebrate its third annual Unit of Distinction ceremony, recognizing the nursing teams inside affiliate hospitals that display exemplary performance.

HCA Healthcare nursing executives recognized 24 medical-surgical units,11 critical care units and six progressive care units that demonstrate excellence in nursing care and represent the core strategic elements to support nursing at our organization:

• advocacy and leadership,
• consistency in nursing practice, and
• operations and leveraging scale to drive performance.
