Twinning at Timpanagos Regional!

Remember the Wrigley’s Doublemint gum commercial ads of the 80s and 90s? It featured sets of real life twins and the popular slogan, “Double Your Pleasure®, Double Your Fun™.” Well, nothing is surer than that for identical twin sisters Kelli Wall and Kerri Bunker, who have proved time and again, two is better than one.

The 36-year old twins recently delivered their second set of doubles weeks apart at HCA Healthcare-affiliate Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, Utah. This time around Wall had a boy and a girl, while Bunker delivered twin boys.

It was a déjà vu delivery for the hospital staff who had helped the sister’s give birth to their first set of twins, months apart, four and five years ago. Wall’s five-year old twin girls and Bunker’s four-year old fraternal boy and girl were all born at Timpanogos.

“It’s been quite an experience for the sisters and our hospital staff,” Kristy Baker, Timpanogos Women’s Center Director, said. “It’s not every day we help twins deliver a set of twins – twice,” she laughed, “But our team has gotten a chance to know both families and everyone is thrilled. We look forward to seeing all of the twins grow up.”

If you’ve lost count – that’s five sets of twins in one family. All four newborns are doing well and each parent is ready for a double dose of pleasure and fun.
