I’ve said it before: there’s never been a better time to be a nurse — and to be an HCA Healthcare nurse.
Everything HCA Healthcare-affiliated nurses do, whether it’s vetting and implementing new technology, studying for a certification exam, or presenting and interpreting data from nursing dashboards to hospital leaders, is about the patient. Providing the highest quality care for everyone who enters our facilities is not just what we do; it’s who we are.
Nursing at HCA Healthcare continues to evolve, and there are new areas of nursing and advanced practice nursing jobs that were nonexistent or little-known less than a decade ago. Within our HCA Healthcare facilities, you’ll find some of the country’s most talented clinicians and leaders.
Nurses Week provides a chance for all of us to stop and think about nurses and the invaluable contributions they make not only to HCA Healthcare, but in caring for our patients and helping to make our world a healthier place.
This video presentation, “A Day in the Life of a Nurse,” is our tribute to nurses and a small way of saying “thank you” to each of them for their dedicated service.
